Brunch Royale

Join us for Chicago's newest luxe brunch experience! 

Brunch Royale is served every Saturday and Sunday at Z Bar, providing guests with a wealth of culinary offerings that encourage interaction and customization. Our kir and mimosa bar allows guests to top off their dream sparkling wine drink with any number of accouterments, from fresh juices and fruit garnishes to premium liqueurs.

In addition to the mimosa bar, the brunch cocktail menu features Spritzes perfect for daytime drinking. Order a magnum of Champagne, served tableside, or other large-format sparkling cocktails. 

The food menu plays off classic brunch dishes and childhood favorites, presented in Z Bar’s worldly style. The Lobster Benedict elevates the traditional dish with the additions of lobster, Jamón Ibérico, tarragon and a generous serving of black sturgeon caviar. French Toast Sticks put a sophisticated spin on the familiar. Made with croissants dipped in nutmeg cream, the dish comes with white stone fruit compote and the crème de la crème: whipped cream flavored with the bourbon, bitters and sugar used in Z Bar’s Old Fashioned.
